Since engaging LCS Landscapes in early 2000 for minor landscape contractual works the partnership between The City of Port Adelaide Enfield and LCS Landscapes has seen a major growth in the scope of works, professionalism, commitment in team work and good value for money for the community. The ability of LCS Landscapes to provide the necessary knowledge and resources from the smallest of work such as a call out for irrigation repairs to the construction of a 3-million-dollar project such as the Klemzig Recreational Reserve indicates a company who is willing to provide a service at the highest standard.
Over the past decade I have had the pleasure of working with Landscape Construction Services many times. I have always found them to be well organised and easy to deal with. Their technical ability and construction knowledge is excellent, as is their capacity to complete complex projects on time and on budget. Their commitment to site safety, quality workmanship and horticultural maintenance places them at the forefront of the landscape construction industry.
Over the past four years we have utilised LCS for projects ranging from small residential to a large multi-staged retirement village. Budgets have ranged from a few thousand to many hundreds of thousands. In each case LCS has worked within a strict budget, designed and constructed the landscaping and followed up to ensure the project has the desired outcome. LCS has shown expertise in their field and an ability to be flexible to changing client requirements.
Landscape Construction Services was contracted with Copper Coast Council for a period of nine years for a weed control program for the Copper Coast area. Kevin and his colleagues adhered to all aspects of the contract in a timely manner and with complete professionalism. I have found Kevin and his team to be approachable and understanding to both Council staff and the public alike. He has established strong working relationships with my staff through completing all tasks to a high standard. I highly recommend Landscape Construction Services for any contract they may pursue in the future and wish them well in their future endeavours.
Jamie, thanks to you and your team again for the excellent work on this novel project. We are very happy with the results.

Just a personal note of appreciation for the gardening work which Joe Brown undertakes as part of the site garden maintenance contract. As you are aware the site has some challenging aspects, however Joe has endeavoured to maintain the gardens as best as possible including communicating effectively with me.
Recent Projects – Unity Park, Pooraka (wetland aquatic and terrestrial planting & maintenance); Edinburgh Triangle (wetland planting & maintenance); Edinburgh Parks South (Bird netting of the harvest channel); Weed control and routine landscape maintenance of harvest pump stations and biofiltration beds).
LCS frequently value-add to projects with their ability to assess situations and provide alternate solutions that are frequently more suitable than design documentation.
I would like to also take this opportunity to thank LCS Landscapes for the high quality of works performed. LCS Landscapes have worked in collaboration with ACC in the delivery of the project to a high level despite the many challenges along the way.
Please pass on the appreciation to the whole team at LCS Landscapes that have worked on the Community Central Gardens Project, Landscape Entry Statements and Southern Playing Fields Remediation Projects.
I look forward to working with LCS Landscapes on other projects in the future.
LCS was awarded the contract in late 2011 to undertake landscaping across the entire 5.7km length of the project corridor. The scope of works included, but not limited to, extensive revegetation along the corridor, landscaping high profile areas such as carparks, stations and buildings, topsoiling and hydroseeding. Over 170,000 plants comprising various grasses, shrubs and trees were planted.
The work undertaken by LCS is of very high standard which was continually noted by the client, DPTI. This was due to the number of competent and experienced staff on the ground who all took pride in their work. The landscaping program on site ran smoothly due to the open and honest relationship established between all stakeholders.
I have no hesitation in recommending LCS for future landscaping works and I am confident they will continue to deliver outstanding work, as they have successfully done on the Seaford Rail Extension Project.
I would like to pass on my appreciation for all the hard work your teams put in to have all the Goodman sites looking at their best for the site tours. It was pointed out how good Goldsborough estate looked which is a big pat on the back to your staff, all we need to do now is to finish off the other items Nicky has requested and we will be well on the way to having the best looking properties through out all Goodman PROPERTIES. Once again please pass on our thanks to all your staff for a job well done.
The site has not looked this good for some years now. I cannot remember when the site looked in its current state. It is neat and tidy and looks like it has been worked on regularly.
The work is never too much trouble and will always advise if there are issues and how they could do it better and ask if we were happy with the outcome.
